While the emergency order directs Wisconsinites to stay at home until April 24, travel is allowed for those participating in essential activities, which includes transportation construction.  While the ban on nonessential travel will reportedly be enforced on an honor system, WTBA has developed this letter template that companies may want to provide their workers.
