- PASSPORT Check that your passport is current. For information on obtaining or renewing click here
- COVID TESTING & DOCUMENTATION Currently, there are no COVID testing or documentation requirements for traveling to the Bahamas or back to the United States following the Convention. Restrictions may change in the future and WTBA Members are encouraged to visit the following sites as they prepare for the Convention in February https://www.bahamas.com/travelupdates and https://travel.state.gov/
- RESERVE GUEST ROOM at Atlantis. WTBA attendees will be staying in The Royal Tower, conveniently located in the center of the resort. The Discounted Group Rate is $287 Standard/$338 Waterview + taxes & fees. Rate is for single/double occupancy, additional occupants over age 12 will be charged a rate of $50 per person/per night. Discounted rate is available 3 days pre/post based on availability. Room reservations deadline: January 20, 2023

Optional Activities
We have (3) options for WTBA-organized group activities on Friday Afternoon February 24th. If interested, please select just 1 activity for each guest during the registration process as they are all occurring at the same time
Option #1: Learn to Play Casino Table Games Atlantis Casino *Fee includes group lunch at Atlantis, Instruction, and $100 Chip to play $200
Option #2: Rum Runners Tour A Rum-Infused Culinary & Historical Tour *Fee includes group lunch at Atlantis, shuttle to/from Downtown Nassau, and guided tour $200
Option #3: Golf Outing at Ocean Club Paradise Island *Fee includes box lunch and greens fees $325
